English Classes – Baltimore City Community College

BCCC’s English Language Services & Basic Skills department offers a variety of English as a Second Language (ESL) curricula at all levels to English language learners including immigrants, refugees, foreign students and other entrants who need to improve their English skills.  The Refuge Assistance Program offers free English language training and citizenship classes for people 16 years old or over who have refugee or political asylum status.  Students can apply for financial assistance for the English Language instruction . Day and evening classes are scheduled during fall, spring and summer semesters.
