Madrikhim is a program designed to develop post-confirmation students (10th-12th graders) into potential lay leaders and religious school teachers. It provides valuable support to the administrators and teachers in the school and enables teenagers to serve as role models for younger students. The program offers its participants an opportunity to continue to build their Jewish identities by serving the community. “Madrikhim” (means leaders) are eligible to act as tutors, teaching assistants, Junior Congregation and Tot Shabbat assistants as well as office managers. They are supervised by the faculty and meet with the principal to evaluate their experiences. Students are paid for each session in which they participate.
